Jody W. I love taking my bottle in to the depot. The recognize me, they are always smiling, it hardly feels like a chore. I work in a different community and will bring the bottles from my office here because of the service (which is lacking in the other community). These guys are great members of the community and do a great job helping out the charitable causes that do bottle drives.
Kathi S. The Carbon Bottle Depot people are warm and friendly beyond compare. They take the time to chat with each and every customer - not something you see in many businesses of any kind. They REMEMBER YOU! They always greet you with a smile, and if they see you have several bags/boxes to bring in, one of them always comes out to help you unload. They take the time to explain how the items are sorted - IF you are interested ... and are quick to volunteer any information that might help you with sorting, or what they do and do not take. Just can't say enough good about them.
Curtis F. Our depot in Carbon has the friendliest people working in it. Andrea and Brian are super helpful when we bring our bottles in. They are always smiling and happy! My daughter has started collecting bottles to earn spending money and Brian and Andrea make it very easy for her to return the bottles. The Carbon Bottle depot is the best depot! My father in law even prefers to bring his recyclables to our bottle depot and he lives a couple of hours away!
Kathy S. I think the Carbon Bottle Depot should be applauded for the friendliness and helpfulness that they exhibit there. They are also very professional and the whole experience of going there to take bottles in is very pleasant.

This depot believes in our community they support the many volunteer initiatives like the Royal Canadian Legion( I'm treasurer of branch # 161 and a military veteran) and youth groups and emergency causes by accepting donations from the public and passing funds on to those in need. They volunteer their time to help with bottle drives that encourage the youth in this community to work towards their goals not just accept hand outs. They also provide a wonderful additional no cost service to their users by collecting other recyclabes such as glass, tin cans, and plastics which they drop off at no expense to the local landfill and other depots. This is an option to our citizens that is not otherwise available. They have integrity honesty and a great work ethic which is an inspiration to us all. We are a much richer community by having them in our village. I personally know how hard the work is as I had the chance to work with all the previous owners of this business volunteering many hour of my own time plus later compensated time to keep this depot within our village. Small villages and towns need these depots as going to larger centers is a hardship for many and not worth the refunds which if they disappear the recycling will suffer great figure losses and garbage will increase on our roads and hyways and in our landfills. Support small depots they provide local jobs local fundraising and help our environment and citizens to be good recyclers. they are the Best.
Karen M. Brian and Andrea are very friendly and courteous. They have a smile for everyone and know most peoples names. They are willing to take other recyclables to the nearest station as well. They are involved in the community with bottle drives and fundraising. We appreciate their hard work and commitment to the environment.
Margo B. Brian and Andrea love their business and show it by being super cheerful and friendly. I love going there as they make you feel like you are making a visit to friends. They are also great supporters of our community. I love having them as part of the community of Carbon.
Kim O. Carbon is a small village and I think our depot is the best one in the country. They work at and organize bottle drives for all sorts of service clubs, sport facilities and charities, not just in our community but from many others for kilometers around. They are always willing to go out of there way to make there depot the best around. Including coming right to your home to pick up unsorted bottles. They are just great!
