Every time I walk into thw depot the team are all smiling and look they are having a great time. The team is very friendly and super quick.
They have awesome customer service and friendly staff.

Another great trip to the W. Lethbridge Bottle Depot. Tyler who wasn't on shift at the time, certainly knows all of the rules of various US containers. The 2 ladies who were on shift near where I was called upon were happy and smiling despite the very loud automatic belts and the clanging of cans etc. They also greet each customer and one of these ladies knows my first name! She is quite a lady and we always have a bit of a chat. It is the only depot that I will go to in all of Lethbridge, A BIG applaud to them. ALWAYS helpful and kind.

I would like to give a number of applauds to the West Lethbridge bottle depot (GPS).. They are a superb group of men and women. They are friendly, efficient and there is one young man who certainly knows what Alberta will recycle and won't take, as in US containers. While living on the West Side, I was glad to have a bottle depot in walking distance of my neighbourhood. The staff at this location were fast, accurate in their counts, and courteous to their clientele. I commend them on a job well done!
"My" depot should be applauded because fabulous people work there and work so very hard and so very efficiently ALL THE TIME and they are always willing to share their wonderful smiles... even while counting non-stop!!
They work very hard and at times are dealing with some not so nice material at times (sour milk containers) - I have never heard them complain and seem to work really well as a team. Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful young man by the name of Kenly (on his shirt tag) who was so pleasant to me and I am an anxious elderly lady, but he made me feel comfortable without any rushing of emptying my bags. He treated me kindly and with respect. A bouquet to this young gentleman and I hope he is noticed by his manager. Also I noticed other patrons were treated with respect and kindness by others working there.

Staff came to open the door for me, helped unload the bottles from my vehicle and since I was the only person there, 2 people worked together to count out my bottles. Also, they seemed quite positive and happy to be working together, it seemed more like a team effort than simply putting in their time to get the job done.

This is by far the cleanest, well run depot I have ever been to in Alberta. The staff is ALWAYS fast, efficient and friendly. The depot is ALWAYS immaculate! They are not afraid to go the extra mile. When I pull up to the front doors, it's common to have someone come out to my car (unasked), and assist me with unloading my vehicle. Every time I go in, I always come out pleased the service they provide! I am so happy to have this bottle depot in my neighbourhood. They are the best and they deserve to win :)

Gave out a reasonable amount of cash when i brought in my empty containers.
They're always very efficient. But today was an even better experience. The young man that helped me had lots of tattoos and huge arms, obviously worked out at a gym. He was super friendly and affable and made it a pleasant experience. It's the small things like that, when you interact positively with a random person, that are the nice surprises in your day.

Every time I bring back bottles to this location, the staff are always super friendly and have a smile on their face. Although it's not the most glamorous job, the staff take pride in their work and helping the community and environment and I think they should be commended for this.
The people that work there are always friendly and helpful, holding doors open and efficient! Even when it is busy they have a smile. The set up makes it easier to get the recycling into the stations. I have been at the depot on the Northside and found it to be very inconvenient and the people not helpful at all!

The facility is always clean, the staff always very friendly and although it is a busy depot the wait times are minimal. Also, if they have the time they come out to my vehicle and help me haul the bags in - much appreciated!
This depot is run quite efficiently and is very easy to access and find parking at. The property is kept clean and streamlined and there are always staff available to help when more than 3 or 4 clients are there returning their bottles. My experience just this past week was exceptional and I found each staff member to be very friendly and talkative, especially a gentleman by the name of Kenly who was not afraid of carrying on an amiable conversation with me while our recycling was sorted. I have also been going to this bottle depot for well over just a few years and the property is still being maintained and updated over time which indicates to me that the owners of the business value the space they occupy and the employees who have to work in the environment they provide to them.
I keep my empties in huge, rubbermaid containers. This past Tuesday, October 27th I took my empties in. While they were being sorted and counted, another employee came and took both my containers and not only washed them inside and out but dried them and carried them back to my truck for me. This was above and beyond in my opinion. On several other occasions I have actually had an employee come outside the store and help me carry my full containers in. Great service which is so lacking in our everyday life these days! Bravo!!
The staff they are hard workers, there is always quick service here and I salute them for that.

I pulled up in my truck and started unloading my garbage bags of bottles, and an employee noticed, helped, and also helped carry the bags in. I was taken straight away to a counter where they proceeded to count and sort the bottles for me. They were very friendly and efficient.

The person who was helping us to redeem our bottles was very friendly. He let my young children help to count the bottles and make it a fun experience for them. I find that everyone I meet there is considerate and helpful.

You just have to come and see for yourself. The staff is very efficient, friendly and helpful. I usually have a car full of bottles, etc. and without being asked, there is always someone who comes to the car and insists on helping me bring in the boxes etc. They are quick. They know that we want to be in and gone and they do their hardest to make that happen.
I run a fund raiser, where some times I can come in with a suburban full of bottles and every time, no matter how busy they are, they are more than willing to help me unload, and with a smile. They have great customer service and each time I go in, the guys recognize me and will go to great lengths to make sure it is a quick and friendly experience. Today when I went in the young man made great eye contact and was so friendly and I just left feeling like I was more than just another customer. Great job!

The folks working at this depot are friendly and quick! As we pulled up in the truck, someone was there to help us unload. We also brought in a bunch of US containers to be recycled (already separated out) but they still went through them and found some Canadian containers we missed.
While i was there two of the workers had to leave abrupt and we're almost immediately covered by other employees so there was no wait time. they really seem to have a good sense of team work in that shift, the manager also had and interview candidate come in and was pleasant and professional as he showed the new recruit the depot.

To start, they are amazing !! They are polite and friendly to all the customers, I have had multiple bags for recycling and one of the attendants came out to assist on bring them in. They will carry on a conversation with you and make you feel welcome and appreciate your service.
The workers here always give great service. Every time I go there the workers are extremely pleasant and they work fast. The depot is involved in the community.
The staff are great, friendly and caring. They do a job that not many people want or are praised for doing. They do their best to get everyone through at a quick and efficient manner. They really appreciate it when we come as we put all of our empties on flats so the counting of them is really quick.
The employees are always efficient when we come in, you never have to wait long to be helped. They are always willing to help hold the door and bring your bags full of containers and bottles into the depot from your vehicle! It's extremely nice when you have a ton of bags and you're the only person.
It doesn't matter what day, what time of day or who is serving you, staff is always pleasant and cordial.
The people at this depot are very friendly; always greet you with a "Hello" or "How are you" and when you leave thank you for coming in and recycling. Some will tell you to have a nice day. Most times when I go there they are fairly busy but the staff are very efficient and get everyone sorted and out the door as quickly as they can. This last time when I took bottles in they were not busy like they normally are and one of the employes came out to my car as I was backing in to help me take the recycling in. He carried all the bags in chatting cheerfully as he did so. The people here are always nice even though they are doing a dirty job (and sometimes not very pleasant smelling). They all deserve a pat on the back for a job well done!
the staff was really friendly, they seen me pull up and immediately came out to give me a hand with my bottles, I thought that was a really nice touch. the girl counting my bottles was very thorough and did not miss count my bottles like they try to do at other depots sometimes. overall just a solid bottle depot experience, I will definitely return to this depot.

I went there this morning to return my bottles, and the Lethbridge wind made this seemingly easy task very difficult. As I made my way in, one of the guys working ran and opened the door for me and took the bag I was carrying and brought it to the table. When it was there, he asked if I had anymore, I turned and said I had one more in my car. He smiled and said "don't worry about it, I'll go get it, if you don't mind me going into your car of course!" He than went and grabbed my last bag and brought it in for me. Later, as I was returning from the store with my cash, I saw that he was helping another family, who was in a similiar situation. I was very impressed with how thoughtful and hardworking this guy was! It was also amazing to walk into the depot, and see all the people working there singing along with the radio and enjoying their jobs!

My depot should be applauded because every time I am there, they do a fantastic job. Everyone working there always seems to have a smile on their face and is pleased to have customers. The staff is friendly to everyone, including the elderly and children. Whether the depot is busy or not, the people working there always try to get you out as fast as they can, while still creating a positive experience for everyone. The employees of this depot are effective communicators and hard workers, they deserve to be applauded.

The guys in there are very hardworking and they go out of their way to help the customer. For example, I was there the other day with $55 of recycling so I made several trips from my car. I am a very able bodied Mom and many of my bags were very heavy. I no sooner put down one bag and went to the car to get another and the young man working there picked up the bag I had left in the depot and moved it to his sorting station and began sorting. Each time I entered with another bag, he would come and get it. He carefully separated and counted my items while delightfully chatting with me the entire time. He shared stores about crazy recycling orders and his own family. Despite being very physically challenged, this man was a hard worker and enjoyed each minute he spends at work. The other workers came and asked him if he needed help when they were free. What a terrific environment to work in and a wonderful place to be a customer. They really deserve a pat on the back for making a mundane chore fun and friendly...Thanks to the whole team! These guys could provide training to other employees at other depots...been to lots and these guys are the best!

Our Westside Depot should be applauded for their cleanliness, organization and friendly staff. They are quick and efficient at getting you in and out as fast as possible and they always have adequate staff to serve the large amount of people on the west side.
The staff at this depot are all very hard workers. You never see them slacking off and they are always willing to help out the customers. Everyone who has helped me at this depot is very friendly and they work very quickly!
THERE ALWAYS SMILING, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL PEOPLE. tHEY HELP OPEN DOORS FOR ME TO GET MY BOTTLES IN or carry them in as usually I have 3 kids with me and about 4 or 5 big garbage bags that extra helpfulness really makes it one of the reasons I return there every month!

The depot is very clean and well organzied and they are always friendly and prompt with service.
The associates are always so friendly and quick to process orders. Kirk helped me this time and he was very professional and friendly. I like that you only do the bottles in one place and they give you a receipt to collect payment from another place- I think this keeps the processing speed up as they don't have to sort and deal with cash.
They do little things right .... Acknowledge you with eye contact and a friendly greeting. Are efficient work quickly, and always say thank you for coming. Staff will go extra mile to assist customers when volume permits ... Eg) come to your car and help you bring in large bags or carry the 2nd bag so only 1 trip required, or close your trunk/door always will come open door if your hands are full. Lastly the place is always well kept and no lingering odours It's just common sense .... But as we all know common sense is rather uncommon ... So the folks at Greens have made there service a pleasant experience rather than a tedious chore!

The people who work there have a very busy job but they always have a smile for you. Even on a busy Sunday with people lined up out the door the staff are eager to help and very patient.
One employee came out to the parking lot to help with my returns. Another employee was very informative with the types of recyclables they take. Very good service from both.

Having two little kids, it's always a bit more work trying to run errands. As soon as we pulled up, an employee came right out to the truck and to the bottles in for me while I got the kids out. What a nice gesture and so helpful! When I got in, he was already counting them and super fast as usual. The staff is always friendly too. Thanks for making my errand much easier!

Today I brought in 3 large bags of recylable bottles. Two of the staff members helped me take the bags from my truck into the depot. They counted out all the bottles quicly and accuratley, with a very freindly attitude. I know they recognize me when i am in the depot even though it may be once every six weeks. Thanks for the service !!!
The workers there are always happy with smiles. The whole place is always clean and organized. When I have lots of bottles to bring in, someone usually comes out to help me bring them in if it's not too busy. Great job to all of them
