It’s one of the last nice days of autumn & the cars were lined up! I am so very impressed with the team work displayed by the staff! They processed 11 vehicles in the 28 minutes I was there, including 4 trucks with their boxes completely filled! I will no longer dread this chore , if I continue to receive the service I did today<3 Kudos to the staff & management!

I applaud this depot because they are such hard working women. I work in a seniors home as a recreational coordinator,and when I come in with the bottles it’s always a truck full and not always smelling the best ect (milk, ensure containers) the women here are ALWAYS helpful and have a smile on their faces. They understand that my seniors don’t always put the right things in the right bags, and never give me attitude or are upset. When they arent crazy busy (which they usually are!) multiple girls will help sort and get me in and out as soon as possible so I am able to get back and start programming quickly. I really appreciate this depot and all the hard work they put in!
They are so polite and pleasant to deal with. They are super accurate and you never leave there thinking that you have been short changed! And they are fast!
I have never used a bottle return depot before and was pleasantly surprised how well run the Rocky Mountain House depot was run. I was met by an employee named Cheyanne who explained to me how the program worked and guided me through the process. She was pleasant and for my efforts gave me $ 22 for my returns and a chocolate. Excellent customer service and a great program.
This Depot is always clean ,friendly and inviting. Every visit I make there I chat with the staff if they have time. I receive a candy as a reward system to keep coming back ! I love Rocky Bottle Depot .Those Lady's rock !!
i love this depot the girls are all very friendly and very helpful i only take in one bag at a time and i am usually in and out in less than 10 min thanks to all of you
The Rocky Bottle Depot gives so much back to the community. They encourage and support regular bottle drives as well as support non-profit organizations. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean not to mention what they are doing to help the environment. Very well run business. I have been impressed for several years.

This depot is great...the ladies "rock", it's always clean, the line-up moves along efficiently. These cheerful ladies work hard and I find that they're always current..when something new gets to be recycled, they get the info out! And always improving - new systems for counting help expedite and cut down on possible error.
I applaud this depot because I am impressed how clean it is. I have been in several different depots and I find this one quite clean. The floor is not sticky. Sorting tables were clean as well. Also despite there is no running water, they have a water tank for washing hands after handling the bottles. Also the lady I was dealing with was very informative and willing to show me how the can counting machine works as well as the monitor screens for totalizing my containers. Great work to the staff and facility
The ladies who work at the Rocky Mountain House Bottle Depot are always so friendly, quick, and efficient. The new computer systems also are a great addition to the already speedy system.

Today I visited the rocky bottle depots and had a great experience. The employees were over the top helpful, quick and very friendly. Not only did I have one employee help me, I had at least 4 employees help me. With children it can be hard to get in and out in a quick manner. Because of their great service at the rocky Mountain house Depot I was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes with a whole truck load of bottles. Their new computer system made it convenient in seeing how much return we were getting back. Thank you to the staff again. You guys rock!!

Great service and great people!
In past trips to the bottle depot in years gone by the staff attitude and morale were very poor and the speed of service was also very poor as the customer had to sort the product at the time of the visit while being berated for not removing caps and not separating the colored glass. This visit, obviously under new direction, was a well oiled machine: as i brought in a large quantity of bottles and cans (as i hold off as long as possible because of the past experiences), i was met with great attitudes, and the help of three employees who skillfully and quickly sorted , counted, and made me feel welcome to be there. I will no longer stay away from the recycling depot until i am buried in bags of cans and bottles at home. I now look forward to my next visit , and am more likely to personally take better charge of my own recycling practices because of my visit this time on December 24th( a day when most people would not be happy to be at work). I have also shared my experience with others since, and been met with surprise by others who have felt the same in past visits and are now excited to take their stockpiles in as well to try the new, great service for themselves!
The familiar faces are always smiling and very welcoming and they always have a story to tell! Not only do they seem happy to see us when we show up, but they seem to enjoy their work which makes for a positive experience every time. The place seems very organized and clean. They make sure to point out the hand-washing station after they help us sort and they give us the best candies!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of this bottle depot. I went during my lunch break and thought I would have to wait but as it turned out I was first up. Never having been here before I asked one of the employees who happened to be outside if where I had parked was correct. He indicated that yes I was where I needed to be and to come on in. I was also impressed with how friendly the staff was. All ladies at the front! The return tables filled up while I was there and some customers were recognized and called by name. This bottle depot goes above and beyond just "working" they always have treats or toys for any little ones who come in with their parents.

They are very good at the organization of their depot. They are also super friendly and take pride in their setup. I enjoy taking my empties there. They also give out candy when they reimburse you, which is a nice touch :)

The staff is friendly, and as I mentioned, helpful. When they see me struggling with bags of bottles someone almost always comes running to help me.
Today we did our return, the ladies were extremely friendly and even let my kids watch the counting machine. Before we left they gave my kids a treat for helping out with recycling. They ladies also helped with the sorting.

Our bottle depot always provides exceptional service. They are quick and efficient and get you in and out quickly. They are also amazing with my kids. The kids won't let me go without them because they love going so much. They are always encouraged to be apart of the process and allowed to help. The staff is always so patient and pleasant to them. Plus they get candy! We love our bottle depot and they definitely deserve to be applauded!!

they were very friendly at the depot it was my first time there so I wasn't sure what to expect but they were friendly counted my bottles brought me my money and gave me a treat at the end thank me for coming and said they would like to see me return again they were very quick I really like the bottle depot I brought back a hundred twenty dollars worth of bottles and donated the money to the friendship center where they put on a hot lunch for the people in the community
Chiyanna helped me out lots I have a broken hip and the depot went the extra mile to make sure I was safe and in no pain. It was greatly appreciated. It was wonderful to see them help out with each other too.
think rocky mountain house depot should be applauded for the great customer service, also very helful and get the job done ..not to mention the little candy that they give out to you when you leave! so a BIG APPLAUDE to our depot in ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOUSE !
This Depot should be applauded because they are very courteous and patient. I brought my two young kids with me to return my bottles, and my kids were very eager to help me unload the truck and put the bottles up. This inevitably made the process take longer than it had to. The works at the depot were amazing with my kids and patiently explained things to them when my kids asked questions. They even were shown how the bottle counters worked and told why it makes the sorters job so much easier. At the end the workers gave my kids a treat for all of their hard work in helping with the bottles. This was a usually very mundane experienced turned into one of enjoyment and learning for my kids. This is the type of experience that will not only encourage people to return their beverage containers here, but also help to raise a generation of kids, that are going to turn into adults, who are willing to take the time to recycle themselves. Thank you for taking the extra time and making my kids feel special and for teaching them about what you do!
They are always friendly
The people at the Rocky Mountain House Bottle Depot are the best. It dosen't matter if we come with 2 bags or 20 they are alway ready to help us sort them and pleasant about it too. The bottle depot donates money in the community and participate in things like our local parade. We might be a small town but the people at our bottle depot treat us great.

Rocky Mountain Depot staff gives fast and friendly service. They are very organized with their work. They smile and greet at you once you enter the door. They give candies and chocolates while customers are waiting for the bottles to be counted or while waiting in line.

They go as quickly as they can to get you in and out and the extra touch of the offer of a candy dish with candy in it when they pay you is always appreciated. It keeps the environment in Rocky Mountain House clean and not polluted. My family feels great to recycle and not put recyclables to waste. It saves the wild animals habitat and the trees that we use to make them. It's an Eco-friendly place to recycle bottles.
They are friendly, fast, courteous. I can go in there with a counted load of bottles and I'm really never longer then 30 minutes and that is joining the car line up and being 6th or 7th. Also they are just as fast if I'm not counted. The Rocky Depot deserves to be noticed for there hard work. They are very pleasant to deal with and I will not go anywhere else!!!! I tried Sylvan Lake once and they ripped open every last bag of counted I had and didn't even have the same dollar amount I did at the end of it all. I questioned her and she said O ya sorry this number isn't right, so ya here is your missing money. I CHEER FOR ROCKY DEPOT, THEY DESERVE TO BE NOTICED !! SOME DAYS IN THERE I'M SURE IS HELL!
I go to the bottle Depot roughly about every two weeks each time I go there there's always friendly service always smiles good attitude,it is usually the lady Andrea and her mother! They bring smiles to everyones faces even the little ones. After a few times going there then I learnt their names they learnt my name. I am always greeted by my name! :) I love the service ! !
I always feel welcome there and they have a very fair system for waiting in line. I love the added touch of a candy or chocolate when you get your money! They also have very good operating hours.

My husband and I have been recycling at this depot since 2006. They have always been very helpful and polite. They are very organized and are able to put people through in a timely manner. The staff all seem to work together well and there is a general feeling of comraderie amongst them, which is conveyed to the customer.
Rocky Mountain Depot has great service and friendly faces! Wonderful hard workers that make your day and get the job done in a fast and efficient manner. Family friendly and makes recycling not a chore or obligation, but a fun and enjoyable deed back to the earth! It's nice when you walk in and recognize the familiar welcoming smiles and environment! They are always doing their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible.
This depot has implemented a bin for the general public to put their containers in for donations to non profit societies. When I was with the Junior Forest Wardens and 4-H they were always very helpful with our bottle drives. They were very prompt with the sorting of the large amount of containers that we collected every time. Before they had storage for bottle drives, they were great with the kids of the clubs, in sorting and counting.
I always get a thank you candy :)
I feel Rocky Mountain Depot should be applauded because they are always in great moods, fast and efficient. The can counter amazes me every time I see it working! It is the first depot I have ever been in that gives you your cash and offers an assortment of candies to you to pick from! As well, as far as a depot can go, this depot is very clean. They keep the counting trays rinsed off after so many uses and that keeps the bug problems down. The big depot I used in southern Alberta for years, does not even come close to the running of the Rocky Mountain Depot. Just a super bunch of employees making a business work like a well oiled machine. I can also say that you always see the same employees each time you go and that tells you that management is good to their employees and that makes for a very happy work place which is shown when you step into Rocky Mountain Depot!
Because staff is amazing my daughters favorite outing is going to bottle depot they treat her amazingly teach her all about what recycling is how the bottle counter works then give her a treat. Cleanest facility I have ever seen. And the staff is beyond words so helpful and kind. I have never been to a bottle depot ever like this. They definatly deserve all the recognition as they always go above an beyond w a smile on all their faces.
Friendly and efficient service
Being the only depot in our town of 7,300 people, the Rocky Mountain Bottle Depot is always very, very busy. The staff works quickly greeting customers and helping them get items into the sorting bin if needed. Nnot just bottles are accepted but many different containers. The staff works very, very hard to provide good service. They even offer wrapped candy to customers with the money payment for returned containers! The depot also supports community events. Without the Rocky Mountain House Depot, so many containers would end up in the landfill! Thanks to our Depot!!

The people who work there are very helpful. In the summer there are big flower containers. They all have the patience of a saint . When it's your turn they are very fast a getting your returns counted . They take the time to talk to you and make your day a good one . This last time I was there ,when I got this card for this survey,they took their time to ask my grandson about his arm. (He broke his wrist.) they even signed his cast. Then made his day and gave him not one treat but two. He was tickled pick. Thank you Ladies or the Rocky Mountain House bottle depot.
The Rocky bottle depot when I went there for the first time was so extremely helpful and made me feel like I was part of there family there. The second time I went there which was Oct. 9th, 2014 I was made welcome by all staff we had some good conversation and some good laughs which is all good in life. This depot needs a big huge bouquet of roses as they do not only work well together as a team but they are so friendly to all customers when they arrive. The best part is when you are done you get a TY and a treat as well as hope to see you next time. These people deserve more then roses and hugs they deserve a Timmie's coffee and donuts to.

I think our depot is amazing. I go there about once a month and the staff are always very pleasant. They work as a team to get you in and out fast. They are very helpful and by this I mean every member of the team. Thanks so much for always making this a pleasant chore for me.
The Rocky bottle depot is one of the better managed business in Rocky Mountain House. The staff are very helpful and curtious with all customers that come to their door. If all retail businesses in town were ran with the same attitude as the Bottle depot has, there would be far more sucsesful businesses in town. Over the depot has supported many non profit organizations. The current organization that the depot is supporting is the school hot lunch program. In the last year more than $7,000.00 has been donated to the program. All of the employees and managment should be applauded for their dedication to their jobs and to the community.
They are all hard workers and deserve to be applauded for the "stuff" they put up with everyday.
