Joanne B. I applaud this depot because they are very professional and courteous. Dustin helped me out the last time I went in and the first thing he asked was how was my day, it made me smile. Not too many of us are thrilled to collect our empties that have been collecting dirt over the winter. Everyone is so pleasant, fast and accurate. Only depot we go to.
Linda J. We come from England to visit Medicine Hat for a couple of months in the summer every year. Visits to the Recycling Depot certainly are highlights of our stay! We have nothing like this in England - and we should have! Your staff are unfailingly friendly and courteous, as well as being very professional and efficient. Your depot is always clean and welcoming. As soon as we walk through the door, we feel that we are receiving a personal service - almost as if we are the paying customers! Our thanks to everyone at the depot for confirming our belief that Canadians certainly know how to do things right! And thank you for making us, as visitors, feel that we are welcome in your beautiful, incomparable City.
Maryann B. I find this place to always be clean and the staff are also very friendly. This includes the bottle counters as well as the cashier. The young fellow I had today (only had full use of one arm) was extremely friendly and professional. Kodoos to him.
