Louise M. The people who work at this depot are helpful and friendly to everyone, whether they have a few cans or a lot, whether they are driving a fancy truck or pushing a shopping cart. I have always felt safe here including when covid was rampant. It doesn't smell like old beer or milk.

I moved from the Southgate area 3 years ago but still go there as the staff know me and are very friendly. They ask how I'm doing, etc. I have baked goodies for them many times. Clean and pleasant service!

Not only was the gentleman who was helping me with my bottles friendly, but every staff member welcomed me into their depot and were beyond friendly. Staff helped me with my MANY bags and insisted on cutting them open instead of watching me struggle to open them myself. I left the bottle depot with a brighter smile on my face and a good feeling knowing that I have found my new "go to" bottle depot. Absolutely amazing service.

A great bunch of guys on staff too, if you are in the Bar business look no further then HHH...They are fast, and always willing to lend a hand if you have lot of bottles to return - It's great to see HHH doing well with the new location. I've been dealing with them for over 7 years and it's been a great part of my weekly routine.

Every experience is always fantastic - starting with accessible parking, a beautiful entrance (with double sliding doors), no "wait time" upon arrival, the staff is always so happy, amicable, courteous and honest! NEVER have I had a problem with being "short changed" on the recyclables I've brought back. The LCD display screens which keep a "running tally" of your return are fantastic, as well as the big LCD TV to pass the time (should you choose to watch it). The depot is always EXTREMELY clean and in safe working order.
Lesley W. the staff greet you when you come in, they are pleasant and helpful. the depot is clean, well lite, there are garage cans conveniently placed at each of the stations, there are multiple stations that are staffed so not much waiting in line. they provide a sink soap and paper towels for customers to wash up. they treat the homeless people who come in with respect and kindness

Tabitha T. Today I arrived and they were busy. I had a van full of bottles and before I even brought the first load inside. A gentleman met me outside and assisted me with brining my bottles inside to the till. They were dirty and leaky but he helped with a smile.
