Sandra P. More businesses should take a page out of their play book as an example. Vecova is ALWAYS such a pleasant experience! Yes, who would think that it's nice to go to a bottle depot... such very hardworking, courteous, friendly, and they are so kind and respectful to one another. I love observing a well run business that is fair and compassionate to one another and others. I have never, not once had a poor experience at Vecova... worker bees forsure 10/10. We are all children of God... no doubt Lord Jesus is impressed. Thank you! I applaud and appreciate the team of Vecova!!!

Micaiah S. This depot holds memory of when my wife and i first got married. I used to come here every week so that we would have enough money to go on a date every weekend. The workers were always quick, detail oriented, and in a time where i felt every cent mattered, they never let me down. Years later i find people here still carry those characteristics and i even shared a little song and dance today with one of the workers as he sang an old church hymn. I love hymns. Thankful for the people who work hard here. Keep doing your thing.

I just wanted to say that this depot has come a long way with its management and team at this location. I was particularly impressed when the guy who brought me my cash asked if I had good visibility in my vehicle considering the amount of my return( I did). Darlene N. I have been going to this depot for about 15 years. The service has been consistently efficient. They have done upgrades as needed to increase their efficiency. Their hours of operation have increased, giving more flexibility to bringing bottles in. The depot is always clean and has a sink for clients to use, as well as a separate washroom with a sink. Their signage inside and outside is clear, concise and professional. I am always greeted with a smile!!

I go to Vecova's depot because it is clean (for a bottle depot), staff are friendly, it is efficient/organized, and they have the computer screens that face out to me so I can see a running tally. I also like supporting them b/c they are a good cause - a social agency that gives people with disabilities various opportunities (such as employment opportunities potentially at the depot?). It is always a very busy depot, which I think reflects on it positively - people are going to it because of its good reputation and good service.

They are much more engaged in the public that I have seen at other depots. They always offer a smile and a quiet greeting and never miss thanking you for your business! I wish I worked with individuals whom demonstrated similar professionalism.

Cody T. I have had nothing but great service here and that has been about every time that I have visited. The line ups can be long some times but they know what they are doing in there. And the latest improvements make it an even more accommodating environment for staff and patrons. It would be nice if there was a queue system where people could sit while they wait after taking a number. Even better the roadway could go straight north south from 32nd Ave. and a drive thru could be set up where bottle are taken straight from the car much like at the electronics depot at the Currie Barracks.

What's more, the depot itself is always very clean and offers the option to donate not just bottles to Vecova, but other community charities also have drop offs there.
